1/4 cup whole wheat flour  1/4 TBSP sugar 1 tsp baking powder 1/8 tsp baking soda 1 tsp cinnamon 1/8 tsp salt  1/8 cup lowfat yogurt 1/8 cup nonfat milk  1/2 TBSP canola oil 1 medium egg Combine dry ingredients, add wet ingredients & mix w/ dry ingredients until blended well. Add more milk if needed. Oil a preheated skillet. Cook until pancake surface begins to bubble and a few have burst, about 1 - 2 mins. Flip & cook 1 - 2 mins more. Serve with berries & syrup. 17 Day Diet compliant…

Turkey & Veggie stuffed peppers. These were delicious! I added quinoa and subtracted the mushrooms since he hates them. I recommend cooking the peppers more than 15 min prior to stuffing, as they were a little more crunchy than I prefer.
