Making a spaghetti squash recipe is easy peasy and quite tasty! Use spaghetti squash as a low-cal, low-carb alternative to pasta dishes.

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook pasta according to package directions. Drain well and set aside. 2. Heat oil in a large sauté pan over medium-high heat. Add garlic, zucchini, and squash and sauté 3 to 5 minutes or until just tender. Remove from heat and stir in tomatoes. 3. In a large bowl, combine cooked squash and tomatoes with pasta, basil, cheese, salt and pepper and toss well to combine. Serve warm or refrigerate until cool and serve chilled.
