Healthy/Semi-healthy options for daily meals (I often sub whipping cream with homemade cashew creamer, sugars with stevia (and lower the amount), pasta with whole-grain pastas and reduce the amount of cheese that is called for). I try to incorporate vegetables, proteins and complex carbs into the majority of my meals and snacks. :)
