Sayings, Dad, Quotes, I M, Funeral Poems, Thought, Prayer Cards
Today, I am missing my dear friend <3 nobody ever seems to know quite the perfect thing to say to me like you always did... <3
Don't say or print any silly poem like this….maybe an important quote but nothing sappy about only remembering my smile….and picking flowers and looking towards the sunset. If you have to have a poem to do that, you are not doing it right. CKH
I only remember the good things my dad has done. I forget all the bad. He made me the happiest girl for 13 years and I was so lucky to be his lil girl! He stepped in when my real dad aka the sperm donor as I like to call him wanted Nothing to do with his unborn child. My daddy was there when I was only 3 months old until I was 14! He raised me as his own an loved me every second of it! I miss you daddy! You left to soon!
Nice thoughts... remember only the good things; our minds work pretty well that way anyway.
This was on my grandfather's prayer card at his funeral. Weird having it pop up on here.
I will always and forever remember the best Dad, my Dad, just like this!
Beautiful words...I can almost hear my Dad saying this to me. xo

God's Promises Quote Customizable Print; 4x6 by SprinkledJoy || "God did not promise days without pain, laughter without sorrow, nor sun without rain, but He did promise strength for the day, comfort for the tears, and light for the way." :-) ...Amen.
Nothing but the truth. God did not promise that we will not experience pain and sorrow, but He did promise us that He will walk with us through our most difficult times. He is there, always by our side. We just need to allow Him to work in us. Yeah, I know what its like to feel absolute pain, physically and mentally. I haven't been completely faithful, but I'm thankful God has been. My pain is slowly being taken away. How can I thank you enough?
God is so good. Joshua 1:9, probably my favorite verse, & it goes so well with this quote! <3

A poem our friend Kelly sent to us when Amelie-Anne was born. We were sent many but this was one of my favourites. It made me realise that holding her lovingly in my womb made me as much of a mother as holding her in my arms could. I do not know the author of the poem. We had it read at the funeral by a dear friend.
