Spaghetti with Tomato Cream Sauce - I made this one tonight for myself and my pasta lovin 12 year old. I automatically doubled the garlic and all of the spices quantities, and then tweaked a little here and there along the way. Mainly added extra salt and pepper and used my Italian spice grinder a few times. I also used 1/2 cup heavy cream and 1/2 cup milk instead of what the recipe called for. Poured it over some ziti in a big bowl...my daughter says its in her favorite top 3 pastas of "all time". Super easy, will make again for sure!
