These are great for breakfast, but they also make a great snack any day! 2 egg whites, 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder (I use Isagenix isapro protein) 1/2 banana mashed 1 tsp cinnamon Makes 1 serving (I usually double it so I have 2 snacks done for the week) Nutrition info per serving (can vary with different protein powders.)
