I need to remember this! I hate running!
I dislike running, but do it because it is a weakness of mine. I started running 5k races last year and have become a little addicted to them. I don't train via running ahead of time, I just enter. I think it is a great opportunity to step out of my comfort zone and gain an amazing sense of accomplishment at the finish line. ~tb
