Honey Crisp Apple Stuffing: Sautee in butter: 1 chopped honey crisp apple, 1 1/2 c of dried cranberries, 2 chopped celery stalks, 1/2 chopped yellow onion for 5 minutes or until soft. Add to a bowl of dried bread cubes (2 c white bread, 2 c corn bread). In separate bowl whisk 2 eggs and 2 c chicken broth and add to bread mixture. Mix with hands until soft, not soggy. Scoop into muffin pan for individual servings. Bake 20 min @ 350 degrees.
