Over the last 6 months, I've been watching my carbs, fat, etc. and gradually ditched 14 lbs - the right way, no crash, gradual changes (some indulgences along the way). Watching family, I've found diabetic diet very similar to what I've read about Weight Watchers. Logical.

If you have type II Diabetes then it's time to say goodbye to fried foods. The breading on most fried food is full of carbohydrates, typically has sugar added to it, and soaks up unhealthy oils.
