There is no other way to eat them now that I have tried them this way! Clean them, cut them in half, mix EVO, onion powder, sea salt, and juice from 1/2 of a lemon, stir the sprouts in the mixture and place on a cookie sheet and bake for 25 minuets. Oh and make sure you put all the leaves that fell off on the pan... they get really crispy and are a treat to the palate!
