Note to self: None of us are getting out of here alive, so please stop treating yourself like an after thought. Eat the delicious food. Walk in the sunshine. Jump in the ocean. Say the truth that you're carrying in your heart like hidden treasure.
Understanding what your emotions are telling you. Your emotions are the compass to your soul! Emotional healing even from depression and anxiety, requires you to tune in and listen instead of judge yourself!
And these have been many things on my mind as of late. I have the brighest feeling for and after what these last few months have been, you may call it 'blind optimism', but I really think we'll see some fantastic things next year.
