- In a saucepan over medium heat bring to boil: •1 cup of water •1 cup of stevia •2 scoops of Protein Drink Mix (we use the Vanilla) •2 scoops of Formula 1 Shake Mix (we use Dutch Chocolate) - Stir until it comes to a boil. - Add 1 tablespoon of PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter) - Stir until is becomes melted together - Lower the heat - Add 1 cup of all natural whole grain oats, stir until mixed well - Spoon out each "cookie" on wax paper or foil, and let sit for 30 minutes.

Vanilla Cheescake Shake 1 cup of water or soy milk 2 - scoop Vanilla Protein Drink Mix 2 – scoop French Vanilla Formula #1 1 - Tbsp. of sugar free cheesecake pudding 1-2 cups of ice Add all ingredients to a blender and blend for 30 seconds or until ice is chopped fine. Pour into glass and enjoy!
