Maple Snickerdoodles

1 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. butter, softened 1/2 c. vegetable oil 2 eggs 1 t. salt 1 t. baking powder 1 t. baking soda 1 t. vanilla 1/2 t. almond extract 3 c. flour 1/2 bag white chocolate chips 1/2 bag butterscotch chips In a large mixing bowl, cream butter & sugar. Beat in one egg at a time. Mix in oil, vanilla & almond extract. Mix dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Slowly mix into wet ingredients. Once smooth, fold in chips. Bake at 350 for 7-10 min, or until lightly browned.

Paula Deen's Magical PB Cookies 1 egg 1 cup sugar 1 cup peanut butter 1 teaspoon vanilla Preheat the oven to 350.  Grease a large baking sheet. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Roll the dough into balls the size of walnuts. Place the balls on the prepared baking sheet. With a fork, press a crisscross design on each cookie. Bake for 12 minutes, remove from the oven, and sprinkle the cookies with some sugar. Cool slightly before removing from pan.
