made baked kale chips last night. they are so addicting i ate like two bunches. Recipe: rip (washed) kale into bite sized pieces (no big stems) coat with olive oil (about 2 tbsp) and salt to taste bake ate 350 for 8-10 min. or until CRISPY but not brown
Via elana's pantry: paelo pumpkin bread - I just made it this morning and it was really really good! Definitely a keeper. One requirement though... you have to have the pan that she recommends or it won't cook right.
