DIY Preschool graduation caps. 8x8" THICK cardstock/posterboard for top. 4x21" strip for bottom. cut 2 inch sections 1" down along 21" strip. Staple together, fold down tabs. Glue to top. Tassle uses school colors, wrapped 3 times around 3 fingers with 10" extra. Tie loops together, snip ends to make tassle. wrap another string around top to hold everything together. Tied to brad and inserted into middle of cap.
