Quick Abdominal Circuit - 30 second plank, 20 second side plank (each side), 30 oblique crunches, 20 scissors, 20 mountain climbers, 5 v sit-ups, 30 second plank, 10 vertical leg crunches, 10 russian twists, 15 mountain climbers, 10 scissors, 30 second plank. Repeat 2-4 times with little to no rest between circuits. Add 10 reps/seconds to everything when it gets easy. Happy training! #TWI #workout
