made this and it was SO YUMMY! However, I mixed it all together and put it in a glass baking dish with foil on top...cooked nicely this way and without the hassle of measuring out 4 packets. I also baked it a little longer but judge your baking time by the sweet potatoes being done. (make the potato pieces really diced)
