**CAVALLETTI WITH 4 POLES** I know that dreaded feeling of pulling out 15 poles on a cold dark night only to ride for 30 mins to have to drag them all back away again!! So I have created my favourite Top 8 exercises to work on and ONLY 4 POLES are required!!!! Nice and quick and easy! Work on 1 exercise per week- meaning you have 8 weeks of different layouts!!
