Ginger and Cilantro Baked Tilapia--Very good, very salty though. Use low sodium soy sauce and little salt on the fish. I do love how the sauce is gelatinous though! Also, do not cook longer than the recommended time fish finishes cooking while it sits-ac
Fish in White Wine and Lemon Sauce (Note from previous pinner: I only made this with Tilapia. I haven't used anchovy paste or chili paste but, but I add some smoke paprika and instead of Italian parsley I use cilantro. Oh, and much more garlic.)
Tilapia and Quinoa with Feta and Cucumber The cucumber and dill is a nice combination I don't use/see often. It was very refreshing! I added a couple cherry tomatoes to my plate to add some color. Otherwise I made the recipe as is and loved it!
Mustard-Glazed Salmon with Lentils Recipe -- ready to eat in just 25 minutes! Seriously good! Martha Stewart never lets me down :-) The fish was PERFECT, and the lentils would have been, too, if I hadn't added 3 times too many of them....oopsie!
