homemade hashbrown tips!! this guy outlines each step and gives the reason for not skipping it. Great tips for delicious hashbrowns!

green bean casserole with fresh green beans and homemade cream of mushroom sauce. also has instructions for homemade fried onions, but I didn't have time for that :) excellent recipe!

homemade ranch dressing - wow, this is delicious! I'm not a huge ranch dressing fan, but this stuff is GOOD!

substitute for cheddar cheese soup in recipes - works PERFECTLY!

Roasted Root Vegetables (carrots, sweet potatoes and turnips) - delicious!

zucchini tots - good flavor. I doubled the recipe, but didn't get double the number of tots. maybe the tins shouldn't actually be filled to the top? also, I wish I had baked them a little longer. but, definitely delicious!

crock pot refried beans - I would probably add something else to this for a better consistency (sour cream?)

Cauliflower Rice - good substitute for rice, though it still tastes like cauliflower

freezer friendly breakfast burritos - I did a variety of vegetables instead of the ham. Pretty good, easy to pull out and microwave on an early morning - but, I usually have to microwave longer than one minute...

red pepper hummus - I make this all the time now, with my own roasted peppers. so easy!

homemade hummus - basic recipe, but I prefer the red pepper one

Breakfast Cookie: no flour, no sugar, no dairy added. Ingredients: 1.5 cups of oats, 2-3 super ripened bananas, 1 cup unsweetened applesauce, handful of craisins, cinnamon to taste Mix, throw on a baking sheet @ 350/ 35 minutes. Be sure to make them in small cookie size!

homemade cream of mushroom soup - actually tastes like mushrooms, instead of the canned junk

roasted butternut squash - simple, delicious! hardest part is cutting up the squash

individual baked oatmeals - a new staple! The recipe says it makes 18, but I always get 24.

mini frittatas - mine always seem to puff up too much while baking and then turn into oddly shaped pucks, but they still taste great and are easy for a quick breakfast
