Crockpot Pork Chops-1/4 cup olive oil 1 cup chicken broth 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 T. paprika 1 T poultry seasoning 1 1/2 t. Italian seasoning blend 1/2 t. salt 1/2 t. pepper 4 thick cut boneless pork chops Place chops in crockpot. Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over chops. Cover and cook on low for about 4 hours
