When almost done and light brown add an 1/8 cup balsamic vinegar. Stir until vinegar thickens and coats brussels. Enjoy

Serves 18. ⅓ c Water. 1 can Pureed Pumpkin (15 Oz). 2 Eggs. 1 Tbs Vanilla Extract. 2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice. 1 box Yellow Cake Mix (18 Oz Box). 1 tsp Bkg Soda. 1 c Brown Sugar, Divided. ½ c Flour. 4 Tbs Butter, Melted. ¼ c Granulated Sugar. 1 tsp Vanilla Extract. ¼ c Heavy Whipping Cream.

You guys were loving that workout circuit I posted yesterday. Here’s another one with a little more intensity, since it combines cardio and strength training! (Cardio burns fat. Strength training builds muscle) Remember that 3 rounds means 3 times back to back, with 30 second breaks in between each. P.S.
