5 INGREDIENTS BERRY BARS!
Ingredients * 180g ripe banana (approx 2 medium bananas) * 100g porridge oat (1 1/4 us cups) * 2 big tablespoons smooth peanut butter (or the nut butter you like) (1/2 us cup) * Handful of chopped strawberries * Handful of blueberries Method 1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350 degrees F) and lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper. 2. Smash the banana, then add all the rest of the ingredients and mix well. 3. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until golden brown. 4. Allow to cool completely before slicing into bars. 5. BLW Apple fritters from 6 months
Apple Fritters, Suitable from 6 months, Freezer friendly, Makes 8 fritterS: • 1 apple, grated • 1 egg • 2 tbsp self raising flour • 50ml milk • Optional but makes them amazing* • 1 tsp of vanilla essence or half tsp cinnamon 1. Beat egg, milk and essence. Add flour and make a batter. Add in grated apple. In a hot pan add butter/coconut oil. Add tbsp of fritter and turn once you see bubbles forming.
