Apple Pie Breakfast

Apple Pie Breakfast - Throw all of the ingredients into the slow cooker the night before (Christmas Eve perhaps?) and wake up the next morning to a healthy, nutritious, homemade breakfast!

Breakfast bars. Press croissant dough in the bottom and sides of a 8x8 pan. Brown 1 lb. of breakfast sausage. Whip 5 eggs together and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake until the eggs are done on 350 (about 15-20 minutes). Cut and enjoy! No fork needed.
