The largest international online museum exhibition. Each object has been selected by curators from the worlds largest and smallest museums. This exhibition is a result of the world wide social media project #askacurator day, which happens on September 18th. I asked curators what objects make them laugh.
Due to the response I will keep adding to the board if curators or museums get in touch with their "what makes you laugh' suggestion (please make it easy to pin :). @erikajoy
National Gallery of Ireland. "Anne Hodge, our Prints and Drawings Curator, has chosen this portrait by Garret Morphy of Lord Molyneux . It makes her laugh because he looks like he has just come out of the hairdresser after a set and blow dry!
Tweed River Regional Museum. "A booklet of photographic views... Supplemented with these lovely ladies on each page and some saucy poetry . This one says "the place to study nature, is beneath the spreading boughs. If you want an able tutor, come let me show you how"".
