- Veggie-Loaded Breakfast Casserole - This was a yummy casserole. Took longer to cook than it said, and it's not something you can rush since the eggs have to cook. But it was delicious and you definitely get your serving of veggies!
Seared Scallops with Apple Cider-Balsamic Glaze _ I figured that an apple cider glaze would really bring out the natural sweetness of the scallops. Add spinach & cremini, oyster, & shitake mushrooms to that, for some earthiness, a bit of bacon, & I think you have a meal!
Fried Honey Banana... seriously been eating this like every night for my dessert and in love. only honey, banana and cinnamon and ALL good for you. Theyre amazing crispy goodness by themselves, or give a nice upgrade sprinkled over french toast or a peanut butter banana sandwich
Seafood Lasagna (but with real Crab meat not imitation) _ This rich satisfying dish is loaded with Scallops, Shrimp & Crab in a creamy sauce. I consider this the "crown jewel" in my repertoire of recipes!
