This is a great meat loaf recipe! The picture really doesn't do it justice. I followed this recipe except I used 2 pounds of beef. I left out the sage and instead used 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme and 1/4 teaspoon dried basil. I also added some garlic powder. I didn't use the topping. It took 1 hour 15 minutes on 350 and was WONDERFUL!
