    NO parking. Locals and BA residents would know this, out of towners and those that are in town for the weekend, ask hotel concierge hire close your hotel is and if it's walking distance. Must likely it is and if it's not and want aa nice walkabout in Chinatown anyway, take a taxi out there. It'll be worth the fare. Take it from a native. =)

Finn McCool's has the best pint of Guinness in Louisiana. Great bartenders, large draft selection, bucket specials! There are tons of tv's including big screens outside.
