Aunt Mary Helen's BBQ Beef Brisket: 5-6 lb brisket, liquid smoke (LS), celery sauce, worcestershire sauce, onion salt, garlic salt, BBQ sauce. Sprnkl brisket w/ the 3 salts, pour LS over meat & put in fridge overnight. Pour off LS, salt/pepper meat, pour on worc. sauce & cover w/ foil. Bake @ 275 for 5 hrs. Uncover & pour on 3/4c bbq sauce. Recover & bake 1 more hour. Let stand 1 hr before serving into thin slices. Combo 2 tbs flour & 1c water into paste, heat w/ more bbq to thin. 5/5.RM
