buffalo chicken dip....shredded rotisserie chicken, 1 cup of Franks Red Hot sauce, 1 cup of ranch dressing, 1 block of cream cheese, 2 cups of freshly shredded cheddar cheese. Heat in the oven on 375 for about 30 mins. Delish! eat-it-up
"Revolutionary" Mac & Cheese. An extraordinarily simple recipe - much easier than my usual recipe with bechamel - that would make a nice, easily re-heated work-night dinner from Thursday to Friday. Would bake with a breadcrumb topping, of course.
