Filipino Suman (Sticky Rice): 3 cups glutinous sweet rice 2 teaspoons salt 2 cups thick coconut milk (Chaokoh 13.5oz coconut milk) 1 large banana leave (clean and cut) 1 roll cooking twine Soak sweet rice in water for an hour or until grains are swollen. Drain. Add salt & coconut milk. Mix well. Prepare banana leaves then fill with rice mixture. Seal banana leaves & tie with cooking twine. Arrange the suman in a saucepan & cover with water. Cover the pot & boil for 2 hrs or until cooked.
