04/01/14 - proved this to myself today as it was cold and miserable out and I still got up and went for a run. Did about 20 minutes weights and stretches prehand to warm up and managed a 15 minute run round the block! LOVE my new running shoes and am actually looking forward to doing it again! No-one missed me in my bright pink hi vis either :)
