Excited to share tomorrow is Day one - round TWO of the 21 Day Fix Extreme. My first round was rough, I had amazing results the first week regardless of a few small cheats and one missed workout!!..... BUT the 2nd week I let life and stress get me off track and I'm really regretting that! Tomorrow is a new day one and I am so excited to commit to this program for the entire 21 days!!
