here is a diet plan called the perfect plan. Made by a nutritionist. I have lost 14 pounds in two or three weeks I could of lost more but I cheated alot. It is great!!! This diet takes all the preservatives out of your diet so you do have to cook but the food is good and you never get hungry. Good luck I hope you can find out about it.
