Best diaper rash cream...just mix a large tube of A & D ointment (in the picture is the bulk size, that's all the store had when I went, I used about 1/3 of the jar for the mixture, otherwise it is one whole large tube), a tube of triple antibiotic ointment (helps to heal), a tube of hydrocortisone cream (helps itch), and a tube of lotrimin (yes, the foot fungus cream. It helps clear up yeast infections that can be brought on from diaper rash).
White clover: medicinal uses: cleanses blood, boils, sores, wounds, etc., heals disorders and diseases of the eye. A tea is used to treat coughs, colds, fevers and leucorrhea. A tincture of the leaves can be applied as an ointment for gout. A tea of the flowers used as an eyewash.
**AWESOME DIY BABY BUTT PASTE!** Easy to make!! 2 parts A&D Ointment to one parts Maalox! Mix it together into a paste, throw it into the refrigerator with a lid, and use it any time your baby has a yeast or diaper rash. Clears it up quicker than anything I've ever used! The Maalox also has a coldness to it which feels good on baby's painful rash! Keeping it in the fridge also makes it colder and helps keep it thick and easier to apply! Enjoy!!
Homemade Diaper Rash Ointment! ingredients: Desitin, A & D Ointment or Vaseline, Lotrimin or Nystatin which is a prescription anti fungal medication, and Maalox or Mylanta. Mix equal parts Desitin, anti fungal ingredient, and A & D ointment or Vaseline. Then add a cap full of the anti acid, Maalox or Mylanta. Mix it all together. You may have to adjust. If it’s too runny, use more Vaseline, or Desitin. Mix until it’s a thick paste and will stick. Apply it at every diaper change.
This actually works! Rub A and D ointment on to your cracked heels at bedtime and notice a difference in a week! I learned this from a dermatologist, cracked heels need to be repaired, don't waste your time with silly Listerine soaks they don't work!
