We are surrounded by the connection of beauty being in skinny and ugly being in fat. Slogans in advertisements, magazines, and social media like "Get thin" and "Forget Food!" are being digested by more and more women everyday. It is time to let go of the negative influences we are exposed to and begin digesting the fact that we are all beautiful just the way we are.
