"La Haine"....1995 French film that "follows three young men and their time spent in the French suburban 'ghetto,' over a span of 24 hours." The most moving movie I've ever seen. Everyone should see this. (FYI - I never use words like that to describe something!)
The Finest Hours (US, 2016) The Coast Guard makes a daring rescue attempt off the coast of Cape Cod after a pair of oil tankers are destroyed during a blizzard in 1952. Great action film based on an incredible true story. I enjoyed every second. 3.8 stars
(be him) My bedroom is haunted. Okay, let me backtrack. A hundred years or so ago, there lived a boy in this room and he hung himself for reasons unknown to me. Anyway, after a long story, I deicded to use lights and markered letters for my our ouji board. We are actually pretty close friends, but he hasn't talked all day until the clock stikes midnight, his strongest hour. R-U-N. I'm in danger.
