Paper cup training. Got this idea from an instinctive archery video https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=uwVhXIc9SeY , but of course works equally well for those of us using sights. I chose to use 3 cups instead of shooting 3 arrows into one cup to minimise damage to my arrows from tight groupings....a different way to train without using a target! S.
