The World's Most Expensive Coffee "Kopi Luwak" is prepared from the coffee beans extracted from the droppings of the Asian Palm Civet,a catlike animal found in the coffee-growing lands from India to Indonesia. It eats the tastiest, ripest coffee cherries and eventually excretes the hard, indigestible coffee beans which after being fermented in the animal’s stomach produce a brew which is bitterless, chocolaty and smooth. The Coffee prepared from such Coffee beans is the "Kopi Luwak".
