Maple Glazed Bacon Wrapped Roasted Carrots. These took much longer than the recipe said but cooked up just right. This is something you can do in small batches..I only cooked 3 and I basted them in a balsamic vinegar/ Italian Dressing that was cooking on the asparagus beside them. In the end I wrapped them in foil with the sauce, added the syrup and left them an extra 1/2 hour :)
On a large piece of foil lay your clean and trimmed asparagus drizzle with olive oil and a good amount of House seasoning (salt, pepper, and garlic). Fold the foil up to make a packet. Add to the grill (also works in the oven) for about 10-15 minutes. I usually judge by pushing on the foil once it is a little soft they are ready to go.
