This is pretty awesome! When I mixed it up and after I nuked it, it looked like it was just going to be eggy. But this actually has a surprisingly bread-like texture. Much more so than the flax bun I did before. So this is now my go-to low carb bread :) I used this one to replace an English muffin in eggs Benedict. Perfect! No Tortilla Cheesy Chicken Enchilada Bake (E) This is VERY flavorful! In fact a couple of my children thought it too spicy, so adjust the chili powder to your taste. There was a lot of thin sauce in the pan after baking, so we ate over brown rice. Rest of family ate with tortilla chips. I dipped out my own serving before adding the cheese, and topped with Greek yogurt. I also topped with cilantro instead of green onion. MS
BUFFALO CAULIFLOWER!!! (Trust me.) _ The batter gets crunchy. It soaks up the buffalo sauce. The whole thing turns into the kind of mad-addictive plate of food that you intend to savor for the hour before dinner, only then it turns into a crazy feeding frenzy that ends in 45 seconds, after which everybody is stuffed.
