Easy banana pancakes. These turned out so moist, fluffy & delicious! Ingredients: 2 small very ripe bananas, mashed// 2 cups aunt jemima original pancake mix// 1 1/3 cups milk// 1/4 cup sugar// 1 tsp. baking powder// dash cinnamon. Mix all ingredients and let sit for 10 minutes to activate the baking powder. Fry pancakes on griddle, set at 300 degrees - about 2 minutes on each side. Serve with syrup, peanut butter, whipped cream, fresh fruit, or any combination of the above. Image not mine.
Aunt Jemima Pancake Muffins "Hannah Style": 1) Preheat over to 350 2) Make the batter as usual makes about 16 muffins; instructions are on box 3) Lightly coat the muffin tin with vegetable oil spry or other nonstick pan 4) Pour batter into muffin tin and if you want them to be even better add things such as blueberries or chocolate chips 5) Cook them for 15 minutes and cool for a little bit 6) Eat them up before they are all gone!
Crispy Fried Chicken Rinse chicken pieces well and pat dry. Combine pancake mix, salt, and pepper in large bowl. Coat chicken well with dry mixture, shaking off any excess mix. Heat oil in a deep-fat fryer or large deep skillet to 375 degrees F. Fry 3–4 pieces at a time in hot oil about 10–15 minutes or until golden brown and internal temperature is 165 degrees F. Drain chicken on wire cooling rack or paper towel.
