Enchilada Sauce - So easy, so good, you'll never buy pre-made again. I'm not one for spicy, so I *decrease* the chili powder from 5 tablespoons to 5 TEASPOONS and it's just perfect. If you play around with the amount and find you've overdone it, just serve with some sour cream to temper the "heat" factor. Don't omit the chocolate chips, it's what makes this sauce! Olé!
