Looking down on to St Ives' harbour / beach towards low tide. Having seen this view a lot it still amazes me that the houses are right on the beach and not much above sea level. The sea to the other side is St Ives Bay and the Atlantic Ocean proper.
AERIAL VIEW Mousehole, Cornwall: 'Mousehole (pronounced "mowzel") is named after a small cave of that name. It is famous for its narrow granite streets and tiny harbour, the landing place for the Knights of St John on their return from the Holy Land.
