So easy to eat by the handful. So addictive. This is dangerous knowledge. If you haven’t yet been introduced to this snack, please allow me to do the honors. Here is our step-by-step recipe for roasting chickpeas in the oven.


Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees. 1 15.5 oz. can of Chickpeas 1 tsp. garlic powder. 1 tsp. onion powder. olive oil, for coating chickpeas. salt/pepper to taste. or other spices optional. Drain, rinse and pat dry the Chickpeas. In medium sized bowl, toss Chickpeas in olive oil Add spices/ salt & pepper. Place the dried chickpeas on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and then spread the salt, pepper, and garlic over the top. Now mix them up well to coat them all.
