The BEST Baked Fish. I made this and it was absolutely easy and delicious. I made some changes: I used thick tilapia loins and Panko Crumbs only. My recipe is basically 1/4 c mayo, 1 T. dijon mustard, 1 T. lemon juice and 1 tsp of dried dill. Stir and smear on fish. Place on parchment and press on a mixture of Panko, 2 tsp. dill and seasoned salt and pepper to taste. Bake at 450˚ for 15 min. No turning!
