Baked Ziti with Sausage ~ Pasta with Italian sausage, ricotta, Italian cheese mix (sub. mozzarella & Parmesan), & marinara sauce, seasoned with garlic, oregano & basil. **UPDATE: Made this tonight, used only 1 jar of sauce. Did not cover with foil, was fine baked at 350° for 25 minutes. Very good - as good as lasagna & a helluva lot easier! - will definitely make again!
