Ina Garten's Mac & Cheese - I used about 8 oz of Gruyere & probably 14 oz of sharp cheddar. I also threw in 3 oz of blue cheese, 4 oz of habanero jack and a couple ounces of beemster cheese (definitely more cheese than it calls for). I use what I have and need to get rid of. I did not add additional salt to the cheese sauce. I did not add tomatoes. Instead of fresh breadcrumbs I used the Italian style panko. I used the Garofalo pasta from Costco....jw
