Beer Cheese Soups
30 Minute German Beer Cheese Soup (Oktoberfest!). We've made this several times now, having it with organic miche from a local bakery. It's very good - even better after it's spent a night in the fridge. For some reason that mellows the flavor a lot. We've been using Newcastle Brown Ale to make it.
