I am all about breast feeding. The chart doesn't mention breastfed babies have higher IQs than formula fed children.

Benefits of Breastfeeding for mom and baby.  The T1 diabetes thing is especially awesome for me, as my husband has it, so our kids are already at higher risk due to genetics.  Very glad there is something I can do to hopefully keep them healthy.  :)

There are so many benefits to breastfeeding. Yes it's difficult, but it's worth it and creates such a strong bond. Of course fed is best, but if you have the ability, why in the world wouldn't you do it?
